I ended up purchasing a new G502 Hero today, only to plug it into my motherboard and find out that the issue is persisting. Since then, I've just been using the mouse without G Hub - ergo, I'm not able to take advantage of the programmable buttons or customize my DPI, which is a lackluster experience. ![]() If I close G Hub or restart my PC, then re-open G Hub, the G502 no longer shows up in G Hub and I have to clean reinstall G Hub.Īfter trying to troubleshoot the issue and failing, I ruled out almost every possible software issue, and concluded it was probably a hardware issue/something defective with the mouse itself.
